ELECTRO cell S20

ELECTRO cell S20 is an electroporation device used to enter the DNA into cells by the application of high current pulses to the mixture in suspension.
 
This is a Pulse Generator High Voltage Unipolar.
 
ELECTRO S20 cell consists of:
       - A high-voltage generator supplying the electric pulses
       - An integrated pulse control software
       - An intuitive LCD touch screen and easy to use
       - An electrode holder provided with a trigger switch pulses compatible with all the electrodes of commerce
       - A pair of electrodes
       - A foot pedal controls impulses.
 
The electroporator has an internal capacitor that is charged to a programmable voltage in a range between 0 and 2000V. Once the charged capacitor, it is able to send a predetermined number of pulses by controlling the pulse width and period.
The parameters U, T, P and R are configurable.
           - U (pulse amplitude): 0V - 2 000V.
           - T (pulse width) : 5μs - 50 000μs.
           - P (repetition period of the pulse): 1ms - 000ms 10.
           - R (number of repetitions of the pulse): 0 - 10 000.
 
If R is set in the range 1-10 000, the number of pulses to be sent corresponds to the value of R.
If R = 0, the pulses will be sent continuously regardless of the number sent.
 

Operating modes: Manual, External and Remote.
           -mode Manual: The unit is controlled exclusively from the LCD interface it has. The parameters of the pulse can be configured, then sending using the screen touchscreen enabled.
           External -mode: similar to Manual mode, the device configuration is performed from the LCD interface, but the pulses are only activated by the external pedal.
           -mode Remote: used to control the device only from an external PC connected to the Ethernet port.
